Dr Mdaka is a certified obstetrician and gynaecologist who helps expectant mothers before and during childbirth.

Pregnancy – The medical care given to pregnant women throughout their pregnancy is known as antenatal or prenatal care. This type of care is crucial to identify, prevent, or reduce any potential risks that the mother or baby may be in.

Delivery – Contractions are the hallmark of the first stage of labour and birth. Over time, these cramps increase in intensity, regularity, and frequency. They relax and dilate the cervix, shortening and thinning it so your baby can enter the birth canal more easily.

 Throughout the process, Dr Mdaka and the nursing staff will guide you and monitor your vital signs. Depending on your needs or preference, you may undergo a vaginal birth or a cesarean section.
